Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, providing expert guidance and support on HR-related matters.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Collaborate on compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitive and equitable practices.
• Champion organizational change management and cultural transformation efforts.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a senior capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
