Talent Acquisition Executive

Intex Technologies (India) Ltd., a renowned leader in the consumer electronics and manufacturing sectors, is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic HR team. This crucial role is based at our bustling office in Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi. As a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent, ensuring our workforce continues to thrive and innovate. We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in comprehensive recruitment strategies and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Lead complex leadership hiring assignments, identifying and engaging senior-level professionals who align with Intex's strategic vision.
• Develop and implement robust talent mapping strategies to build a pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles.
• Prepare and present accurate MIS reports on recruitment metrics, offering data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes.
• Effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Oversee the smooth onboarding of new hires, collaborating with various departments to ensure a welcoming and productive integration into the company culture.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment policies and procedures, staying abreast of industry best practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 6 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar HR recruitment role.
• Demonstrable expertise in End-to-end Recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer management.
• Proven capability in Leadership Hiring and managing executive search mandates.
• Proficiency in Talent Mapping and developing strategic candidate pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills for MIS Reporting, with hands-on experience using tools like Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Prior experience working within the Consumer Electronics, Manufacturing, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, or Product-Based Organizations is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
