Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates for various IT roles using a diverse range of platforms, including LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional networks.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Develop a deep understanding of complex IT requirements and technical specifications across different departments to effectively identify and match relevant profiles.
• Manage and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and follow-up at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating smooth communication and logistics.
• Collaborate closely with hiring teams and departmental heads to understand their needs, provide market insights, and develop effective recruitment strategies to close open positions efficiently.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to manage applications, track progress, and generate insightful reports.
• Act as a brand ambassador for ZIVENTRA AI Ventures, articulating our company culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective hires.
• Stay updated with industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in IT recruitment to continuously enhance sourcing and hiring methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven passion for recruitment and a genuine interest in the IT sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and professional relationships with diverse candidates and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms, demonstrating resourcefulness in finding passive candidates.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.
• Experience levels ranging from freshers eager to learn and grow in recruitment to experienced professionals with a track record in IT talent acquisition are encouraged.
