Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across IT, Non-IT, and specialized technology domains.
• Mentor and guide a team of recruiters to ensure the successful achievement of hiring targets and business goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, coordinate with clients, and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
• Implement and optimize diverse sourcing strategies utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and referral programs.
• Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and successful closures.
• Effectively manage candidate pipelines, facilitate offer negotiations, and support onboarding coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within IT staffing or recruitment consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in hiring for niche technology and cybersecurity roles is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and achieving recruitment targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to thrive and perform effectively in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
