Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding support.
• Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of innovative platforms and techniques.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, fostering positive interactions and clear communication.
• Build and nurture robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on specialized technical roles.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends to attract competitive talent.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position IntellicoreCG as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• For Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist: A fresher with an MBA in Human Resources (preferred).
• For Talent Acquisition Specialist: 4-5 years of proven experience in Oracle recruitment.
• Experience or strong interest in AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) recruitment is highly preferred for experienced candidates.
• Demonstrated exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively across various levels.
• A genuine passion for talent acquisition, candidate advocacy, and delivering outstanding results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
