Intileo is seeking a motivated and skilled HR - Talent Acquisition specialist to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. As a key member of our HR department, you will be instrumental in driving our recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless hiring process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Utilize various platforms, including Naukri and LinkedIn, for active candidate sourcing.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and preliminary interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate offer negotiation processes to secure top talent effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months to 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Demonstrable experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong capabilities in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
