Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract tech roles.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful placements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven experience in technical and/or non-technical recruitment.
• Demonstrated strong sourcing skills across various platforms and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
