Technical Delivery Manager

ACLdigital is actively seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a specialized focus on Infrastructure and Security. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional who can oversee end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring robust infrastructure operations and stringent security measures. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing complex projects, collaborating with both technical and customer-facing teams, and driving the success of IT infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical delivery for infrastructure and security projects.
• Oversee data center operations and ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure.
• Implement and enforce comprehensive security policies and procedures across all systems.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams to design, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable solutions.
• Act as a primary technical point of contact for customer-side engagements, ensuring satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in the areas of network, security, and overall IT infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for infrastructure and security practices.

Requirements

• 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and security roles.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end security solutions and network architecture.
• Extensive experience with data center operations and management.
• Strong background in IT Infrastructure planning, implementation, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams and customer relationships effectively.
• Excellent understanding of current security threats, technologies, and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
