Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring all project aspects are aligned with organizational goals.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to all team members.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating complex problems to the project manager when necessary.
• Utilize Power BI to create, manage, and distribute impactful dashboards and reports for project tracking and performance analysis.
• Facilitate effective communication channels within the project team and with external parties.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets.
• Support the project manager in various administrative and technical tasks to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• A background in technical domains or IT projects is highly desirable.
