Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand specific technical requirements and staffing needs.
• Manage candidate expectations and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
• Assist in the coordination of interviews and facilitate the feedback process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Must be comfortable working the night shift (6 PM - 3 AM IST) to align with US business hours.
