Technical Recruiter

Altezzasys Pvt.Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for immediate hiring to join our team, focusing on Domestic Staffing. This role requires a strong individual contributor with mandatory experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring and IT Staffing, based out of our Noida - Sector 62 office. We are looking for a specialist who understands the nuances of the Domestic Staffing market and has proven technical sourcing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical recruitment processes for domestic staffing requirements.
• Utilize strong technical sourcing and candidate identification skills to attract top talent.
• Specialize in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring, ensuring successful placements.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver on recruitment goals.
• Manage candidate relationships and provide an excellent recruitment experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of strong experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Staffing.
• Mandatory experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring is essential.
• Proven technical sourcing and candidate identification skills.
• Required experience in SAP hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to work as an individual contributor with strong sourcing expertise.
• Good understanding of the Domestic Staffing market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
