Technical Recruiter

TekIntegral is actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our domestic hiring initiatives, focusing on both contract-to-hire (C2H) and permanent placements across various niche IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for domestic IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Specialise in C2H and Permanent Hiring models, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
• Successfully handle niche IT roles, identifying and attracting highly skilled professionals for challenging technical positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture, ensuring accurate candidate-job fit.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, specifically within C2H and Permanent Hiring models.
• Demonstrated experience in handling niche IT roles and a strong understanding of diverse IT Technologies.
• Proven track record in IT Staffing or Recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively match candidates with complex technical requirements.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to talent acquisition.
