Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to Fortune Cloud Technologies' cutting-edge solutions and service offerings.
• Respond professionally and promptly to inbound inquiries, providing detailed and accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
• Conduct effective needs assessments to understand customer requirements and align them with suitable solutions, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date, and accurate records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and lead statuses within the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Consistently strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call volumes, lead generation, and successful conversion rates.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer service and streamlined operational processes.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments, contributing to continuous improvement of products, services, and overall customer satisfaction strategies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Applications (BCA, MCA) or Engineering (B.Tech, M.Tech), with recent graduates from 2022, 2023, and 2024 highly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication skills in English, demonstrating clarity, confidence, and persuasiveness during customer interactions.
• Open to both fresh graduates eager to start their career journey and experienced professionals with a proven track record in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer needs and concerns to provide tailored solutions.
