Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications built on robust open-source ERP, CRM, and project management platforms.
• Translate intricate business workflows and operational needs into efficient software solutions using advanced AI coding agents.
• Provide comprehensive support across the software development lifecycle, including UI design, rigorous software testing, seamless system integration, and deployment.
• Create clear, concise user guides and maintain thorough technical documentation to ensure application reliability and user accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on software features, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Participate actively in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high standards of code quality and system performance.

Requirements

• B.E. or B.Tech degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI coding agents, such as Claude Code, acquired through academic projects, course assignments, or internships.
• Strong aptitude and foundational skills in prompt engineering for AI, UI design principles, and software testing methodologies.
• Exposure to or basic understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts or local AI development environments is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude with a sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements in a dynamic environment.
