US IT Recruiter Interns

Dexian is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Noida. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT candidates for various technical roles, including but not limited to Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Cybersecurity Analysts, for clients across the United States.
• Utilize a diverse range of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases, to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct thorough phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact and submission to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and compensation benchmarks within the US IT staffing landscape.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing or US IT Recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals in contract and/or permanent roles within the US market.
• Strong understanding of various IT technologies, programming languages, and industry trends (e.g., cloud computing, AI/ML, full-stack development).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of US visa types and immigration processes relevant to IT staffing is a significant plus.
