Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-lifecycle recruitment processes for US IT requirements, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates using various channels.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate relationships, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT professionals for current and future openings.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and account teams to understand job requirements and client needs.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful placements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles.
