Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for various roles across the US market.
• Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific job requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and ensure a seamless talent acquisition process.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in US recruitment to continuously optimize sourcing efforts.

Requirements

• 1 to 7 years of proven experience in US recruitment, specifically within Technical, Non-IT, or Engineering domains.
• Demonstrated passion for identifying great talent and connecting professionals with career-defining opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse candidates and clients.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing methodologies and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
