Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-lifecycle recruitment processes for a diverse range of positions across IT, BFSI, Healthcare, and Engineering domains for US-based clients.
• Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, client needs, and target candidate profiles.
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in US recruitment.
• Contribute to a positive and high-performance team culture, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) as a US Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a strong focus on the US market.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for at least two of the following sectors: Information Technology (IT), Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, and professional networking sites.
• Solid understanding of different visa types and immigration processes relevant to US hiring is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software for candidate management.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
