Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and screen top-tier candidates for various technical and non-technical roles within the US market, utilizing diverse sourcing strategies and platforms.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs across BFSI, Engineering, IT, Healthcare, and Telecom domains.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders, understanding their specific staffing requirements and organizational culture.
• Proficiently navigate and manage Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) portals to submit candidates and track progress.
• Maintain comprehensive candidate records and recruitment activity reports using internal databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Stay updated on US market trends, compensation benchmarks, visa regulations, and tax terms to provide informed guidance to candidates and clients.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to streamline processes and achieve individual and team-based placement targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated, rock-solid experience in US Staffing, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proven expertise and strong grip on VMS/MSP portals and the ability to work effectively within US time zones.
• In-depth understanding of diverse US visa types (H1B, Green Card, EAD, OPT, etc.) and various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of requisitions efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
