Visualization Developer

Softbay is actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled Visualization Developer - Data Fabric to join our dynamic team in Gurugram or Pune. This pivotal role requires an individual who can design and implement robust data visualization solutions and reporting pipelines within a cutting-edge Data Fabric environment. The ideal candidate will leverage strong SQL skills and extensive expertise in Power BI to transform complex data into actionable insights, directly impacting client success and strategic decision-making.

As a Visualization Developer specializing in Data Fabric, you will play a crucial role in enabling our clients to harness the full potential of their data. Your work will involve crafting compelling visual narratives and intuitive dashboards that provide clear, comprehensive views of business performance, data quality, and operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain high-quality data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Design, optimize, and manage data analysis, data quality checks, and reporting pipelines to ensure data integrity.
• Work extensively with Amazon Redshift for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Collaborate directly with client teams to thoroughly understand their data requirements and address all data-related queries effectively.
• Ensure the utmost data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting solutions integrated within the Data Fabric ecosystem.
• Contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of data visualization standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Provide insightful data analysis and compelling presentations to various stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable business narratives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience as a Visualization Developer, Business Intelligence Developer, or in a similar data-focused role.
• Demonstrated expertise in SQL for complex data manipulation, advanced analysis, and robust pipeline development.
• Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift and strong capabilities in Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
• Practical familiarity and significant experience working within Data Fabric environments is essential.
• Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a logical approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to foster effective collaboration.
• Candidates with prior domain experience in Pharma or Life Sciences will be given an added advantage.
