Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging and responsive websites from concept to launch.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other team members to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling web designs.
• Ensure all web projects are optimized for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Convert UI/UX mockups (e.g., Figma designs) into pixel-perfect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement best practices for web performance, accessibility, and SEO in all design and development efforts.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our offerings.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing websites as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrable experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD for prototyping and wireframing.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing diverse web design projects and successful implementations.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
